All orders to other areas:
Must be a minimum of $100.00 for Free Delivery.
Currently all shipping will take place:
Monday to Friday 4:30pm - 8:30pm
Special arrangements can be made
if these times are inconvenient.

Shipping Elsewhere in Canada
At this time we can only ship dry goods ie: Dehydrated Foods & Supplements
Cost of shipping will be your responsibility, but we will find the cheapest method, depending on weight and your location.
